Well, 2008 was lots of fun. We went on some fun trips & enjoyed being around to watch our Grandson grow up. Sorry I missed the reunion. I know ya'll had a fun time. My husband John won his 2nd battle with cancer, thanks to God. We are looking forward to a great time in 2009 along with good health. God Bless
My first job was at Southern Bell , where I got paid about $35 a wk part time to be a information operator . What I remember most about it is the big directory we used. A big difference from the job I retired from with BellSouth.

er 35 years.
Well we made it through another year. 2009 was a good one. So far has left my husband cancer free. He is still out there driving his big 18 wheeler. I made some beautiful quilts & enjoy my quilt club. I made it to B'ham last summer. Came home with a beagle puppy. What was I thinking? It is a lot of work raising him. We named him Trucker. I want him to travel with John & keep him company but he can't go til he stops chewing up every thing. He is going to be 8 mos old soon. Beautiful dog.
I did hear from a few old friends last year through classmates that was great but I havn't been able to get back with them. I am on facebook under Ollie Gayle Kryszczuk & also My Space. (not very active on MY Space anymore). I keep hoping one day someone from school will remember me & care enough to fine me. In the meantime I am here in Port Orange,Fl. I check in with facebook daily & My space every week or so. I check here every few weeks. My parents have past on.I miss them & miss my connection to Alabama.
I was mighty proud of the University of Alabama. They did good & came out on top. Way to go. Well, I will check in again in a few days. I wish everyone a great 2010.... Gayle
